Emily Green, MSc, CPsychol, CPCC, PCC Board of Directors / Psychologist
Emily Green is an accomplished Chartered Psychologist, Certified Coach, Senior Leader and Talent Management professional with over 18 years’ business experience.
Emily’s passions are Executive coaching, transformational coaching, helping people lead and navigate through change, leadership and management development, team and relationship coaching and assessment for selection and development.
She began her career in software sales, before developing her expertise in business psychology to become a Talent Management consultant, selling into, and partnering with, both public and private sector clients on UK and international assignments. Drawn by her passion to make a focused difference within an organisation, she moved into an in-house Talent Management role, leading the Learning and Development and Recruitment teams for the EMEA region of Level 3 Communications, later becoming an Executive member of the EMEA region, heading up HR.
Whilst at Level 3 Communications Emily established and lead Level 3’s Apprenticeship programme. Emily has worked successfully with executives, senior leaders, teams and organisations in the UK, Continental Europe, and the US. Emily now has her own Business Psychology and Coaching practice.
Emily holds Executive education qualifications, has a Masters in Organisational & Occupational Psychology, is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society, is a certified Co-Active Coach, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and an Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching Practitioner.
In her spare time Emily loves trekking up mountains and supporting animal and conservation charities.
