In 2013, Josh embarked on his professional journey in Telecoms as an Apprentice Network Operations Engineer through the ITP, where he swiftly showcased remarkable skills and unwavering dedication. His exceptional performance led to recognition as a runner-up for the esteemed Christopher Mills award in 2013. The following year, Josh was honored with the ITP SME Apprentice of the Year award, further affirming his commitment to excellence.

Continuing his career progression, Josh advanced to the role of Senior Network Engineer, assuming responsibility for the maintenance and troubleshooting of a global Tier 1 IP backbone infrastructure and the associated transmission infrastructure at Level 3/CenturyLink Communications.

Seeking to broaden his skill set and strengthen his business acumen, Josh made a strategic move to GTT Communications, where he assumed the role of Service Manager. In this capacity, he honed his leadership abilities, customer advocacy skills, and strategic planning proficiencies. Additionally, Josh excelled in managing accounts for a diverse range of clients, further refining his ability to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term business relationships.

Presently, Josh holds the position of a process analyst, where he effectively utilizes his robust analytical skills to optimize operational processes. With a keen focus on driving operational excellence, he diligently analyzes existing processes, streamlines workflows, maximizes resource utilization, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives.

In his spare time Josh enjoys spending quality time with his two energetic sons, who keep him active and fit and enjoys heading out on his motorbike round the countryside.
