With a diverse skill set that includes expertise in LEO satellite communication systems, RF circuit and antenna design, and digital communications, Kieran is an experienced engineer who thrives on tackling complex technical challenges. Kieran's time as OneWeb's first Apprentice within the Ground Support Engineering team allowed him to further hone his abilities, allowing him to develop automated solutions through script development while simultaneously monitoring, identifying, and improving systems within a live customer-facing environment.

In addition, Kieran aids in the development of performance analytics dashboards and improvements through cross-department collaboration, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary tools to provide the best service possible. He is someone who has a keen interest in learning while actively teaching people the knowledge he's gained through onboarding and integrating new apprentices and graduates that join the Oneweb team. All in all, Kieran is driven to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of the satellite communication industry.
