Supporting new staff through induction
Coaching apprentices through their apprenticeship
Promoting self-learning, focusing on talent and performance as well as encouraging openness about their developmental needs
Through innovative approaches to delivering training through creative and original methods and/or use or learning resources
Nominees should be able to demonstrate how they used their skills and knowledge in a manner which has enabled others to achieve their goals and personal objectives
