Employers can access funds to upskill staff. Where, how, who and when?

At least 7 out of 10 employers don’t know they have untapped funds at their disposal to upskill new and existing staff.

In the past two years, depending on your industry and in some instances, the size of your marketing budget (!), the marketplace has moved in all directions.

What should be constant? Staff.

Coupled with skills shortages at entry level to C-suite in most industry sections, the pressure is on management to be even more resilient, agile, and adaptable to change, adjust to fluctuating financial and resource constraints, and above all, ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.

They do not realise that they can draw on levies, which they never knew they were paying in the first place and were unaware of how to navigate recent rule changes to training.
