In the past two years, depending on your industry and in some instances, the size of your marketing budget (!), the marketplace has moved in all directions.
What should be constant? Staff.
Coupled with skills shortages at entry level to C-suite in most industry sections, the pressure is on management to be even more resilient, agile, and adaptable to change, adjust to fluctuating financial and resource constraints, and above all, ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
The Education and Skills Partnership, a multi award winning national UK business, is reaching out to many businesses throughout the UK and finding more and more do not realise they can tap into available funding to support business training needs. They do not realise that they can draw on levies, which they never knew they were paying in the first place and were unaware of how to navigate recent rule changes to training.
The use it or lose it rule applies, so if you haven’t used the funds, they can be withdrawn.
