Event Description

Join ITP and Ofcom for a special seminar on Spectrum Innovation.

Ofcom is responsible for managing spectrum in the UK and we are committed to enabling wireless services in the wider economy. This includes evolving how we manage spectrum to support new use cases.

In this ITP Seminar, we will talk about two recent projects: our work on supporting innovation in the Upper 6GHz band our proposals to support Satellite Direct to Device services.

This will include a talk from Vodafone on their experience of Direct to Device.

We will also speak about our work in playing a leading role to shape and influence global and European policy to safeguard the interests of the UK in relation to Spectrum.
