About ITP Fellowship


To become a Fellow of the ITP, you need to meet the criteria below:

Leadership
To have held strategic and operational responsibility for major programmes, teams or resources and delivered exemplary performance or major change in strategy, productivity, or status of the company.

Research
To have carried out significant research within telecoms that has resulted in the technological advancement of the sector.

New Business
To have instigated major change or piece of work that has resulted in the creation of a new and significant business opportunity within telecoms.

Recruitment
To have contributed to the development of the UK telecoms workforce through training, recruitment or the development of a major employment project.

International
To have been internationally recognised for their work, whether it be strategic, operational, research or innovation based.

Public Service
To have enhanced the reputation of telecoms through public service (regional, national, or international), leadership, academically or within the armed forces.

Accreditation
To be a recognised international authority on telecoms, or to actively play a role in national and international bodies.

Service
For outstanding service to the ITP.

*applications are reviewed by a committee of peers.

It is unlikely that an applicant with less than ten years experience in the industry would be successful.
