Our client is recruiting for a Technical Support Assistant to join their team in Sidcup.

Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 Months
Location: Sidcup DA14
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Role and Responsibilities:
•Provisioning of telephone and broadband lines via an online portal
•Managing telephony orders
•General IT support to customers

A willingness to learn along with good written and oral skills
