The Position
Job Title: Apprentice Technical Support Specialist
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months
Location: Gloucestershire, GL10
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30 to 5.30
Salary: £13,000 to £15,000 depending on experience


Role and Responsibilities
This company is now have a requirement for a self-driven and highly motivated person to join their Mobile Workforce Team. The apprenticeship role will be an opportunity for the right person to learn about a wide ranging, exciting industry and the large portfolio of mobile devices, network offerings, and applications for business customers that are now vital for their everyday work. An opportunity for the right person to progress in this fast-moving industry.

Assisting with provisioning orders for new connections and network changes using network portals
Updating and maintaining customer information through our in-house database
Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software, and connectivity issues with customers
Assisting customers with requests for network changes and equipment orders
Making recommendations to customers for their requirements
Responding to new cases in a professional manner and working on an issue until it’s resolved
Completing job cases and other relevant paperwork
