Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Egham, Surrey, TW20 .

Based in Chertsey (Surrey), we are an independent provider of telecommunications and IT services and connectivity solutions to hundreds of businesses in the UK and internationally. The Position
Job Title: Customer Service Apprentice
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration: Approx. 18 months
Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
Salary: £12,000 per annum

Role and Responsibilities
Understanding company product set and learning how to troubleshoot problems.
Providing first & second-line support to Telephony, Mobile and Broadband customers.
Provisioning Telephone systems and changing settings for clients as required.
Responding to clients within the SLA’s required.
Processing Incoming tickets & calls.
Placing orders on the portal for numbering, telephony, connectivity.
Independently trouble shoot client issues.
Report into Operations Manager.
Various other jobs may be required from time to time, we are a small company therefore everyone needs to get involved sometimes.
Full training would be provided
