Our client is recruiting for a Information Communication Technician Apprentice to join their team in Salisbury SP4.

Job Title: Information Communication Technician Apprentice
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months
Location: Salisbury SP4
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 40hrs a week
Salary: £15,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities:
Due to continual expansion, we are looking to recruit an Information Communications Technician Apprentice to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team.
Your role includes:
1st line support to customers via phone, email or face to face
Opportunity to work towards 2nd line support
Logging all work on internal systems
Troubleshooting our clients’ IT problems via remote support
Installations and monitoring of clients’ phone systems
Providing onsite support to our fellow team members
