Operational Team / Apprentice Coach & Compliance Specialist 

Nadia assists in the management and growth of the ITP's Apprenticeship Scheme.

Nadia plays a key role in supporting apprentices throughout their journey, ensuring they receive the necessary coaching, mentorship, and training to succeed.

She is also responsible for ensuring full compliance with ESFA regulations, ILR reporting standards, and apprenticeship funding requirements, while building strong partnerships with employers and training providers.
