The Judges would like to commend all, of this year’s entries and to be whittled down to the last 3 is totally an amazing achievement as the entries this year where all of a very high standard.  

Rebecca impressed the judges with the way she always put the customer first and the way she is a shining example to others in the delivery. Despite only being in the role a short time, she is already demonstrating that she is one to watch for the future with examples of already “Championing Fibre technology in Essex” and the advocate for “Women in Engineering”.
