Peter Graduated in Biochemistry and joined the Civil Service in a variety of roles mainly concerned with economics and employment legislation.
After ten years he joined BT where for 25 years he worked in marketing, product management and strategy, culminating in dual roles as Director for BT's response to and delivery of Ofcom's 1990s Strategic Review and Regional Director for BT in the East of England, dealing with BT's relationships with regional MPs, authorities, public and press.
After retiring, Peter led or supported telecoms consultancy projects in Africa, Central America, Australia and Mexico.
In addition to his role on the ITP Journal Editorial Board he is a regular contributor of papers to the Journal, and runs a graduate course for University College London covering Strategy, Marketing and Product Management in Telecommunications.
