Responsibilities

Skills & Knowledge

Strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee multiple R&D projects simultaneously.
A solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics and competitive landscapes within the telecommunications industry.
The capability to develop and implement long-term R&D strategies that capitalise on emerging technologies, market opportunities, and customer needs, while also considering potential risks and challenges.
