Skills & Knowledge

  • The ability to think creatively and identify solutions to technical challenges, as well as envision new products or services that meet market needs and anticipate future trends.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee multiple R&D projects simultaneously.

  • A solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics and competitive landscapes within the telecommunications industry.

  • The capability to develop and implement long-term R&D strategies that capitalise on emerging technologies, market opportunities, and customer needs, while also considering potential risks and challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
