  • Experience with programming languages commonly used in telecom research, such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols, such as 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.

  • Ability to develop and implement algorithms to optimise network performance, data transmission, and signal processing.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate new solutions to technical challenges.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, present research findings, and publish papers.

  • Familiarity with simulation tools and software used in telecommunications research.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
