Responsibilities

Publish research findings in academic journals and presenting findings at conferences to contribute to the field's body of knowledge.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong background in telecommunications engineering or a related field, with a solid understanding of networking principles, signal processing, and wireless communication.
Proficiency in scientific research methods, including experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
Experience with programming languages commonly used in telecom research, such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.
Knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols, such as 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.
Ability to develop and implement algorithms to optimise network performance, data transmission, and signal processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate new solutions to technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, present research findings, and publish papers.
Familiarity with simulation tools and software used in telecommunications research.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage research projects effectively.
