Joanna Parker began her career in telecoms in 2004 and joined Ricoh UK in 2010 as an Account Manager aligned to a telecoms customer. Now through the building of technical sales and delivery teams Joanna is the Business Development Director for Ricoh Telco, accountable for driving Ricoh’s cyber & network solution sales strategy and leads a highly skilled technical professional services team comprising over 250 personnel supporting UK & international customers and Ricoh operating companies throughout EMEA.

Joanna is also the driving force behind the Ricoh Vision programme, attracting and creating a diverse and inclusive workforce who feel coached, developed, supported and empowered to reach their full potential within Ricoh.
